Psalm 25

To you, O Yahweh, I lift up my soul.

2 O my Elohim, in you have I trusted,

Let me not be put to shame;

Let not my enemies triumph over me.

3 Yes, none that wait for you shall be put to shame:

They shall be put to shame that deal treacherously without cause.

4 Show me your ways, O Yahweh;

Teach me your paths.

5 Guide me in your truth, and teach me;

For you are the Elohim of my salvation;

For you do I wait all the day.

6 Remember, O Yahweh, your tender mercies and your lovingkindnesses;

For they have been ever of old.

7 Remember not the sins of my youth, nor my transgressions:

According to your lovingkindness remember me,

For your goodness’ sake, O Yahweh.

8 Good and upright is Yahweh:

Therefore will he instruct sinners in the way.

9 The meek will he guide in justice;

And the meek will he teach his way.

10 All the paths of Yahweh are lovingkindness and truth

To such as keep his covenant and his testimonies.

11 For your name’s sake, O Yahweh,

Pardon my iniquity, for it is great.

12 What man is he that fears Yahweh?

Him shall he instruct in the way that he shall choose.

13 His soul shall dwell at ease;

And his seed shall inherit the land.

14 The friendship of Yahweh is with them that fear him;

And he will show them his covenant.

15 My eyes are ever toward Yahweh;

For he will pluck my feet out of the net.

16 Turn to me, and have mercy upon me;

For I am desolate and afflicted.

17 The troubles of my heart are enlarged:

Oh bring me out of my distresses.

18 Consider my affliction and my travail;

And forgive all my sins.

19 Consider my enemies, for they are many;

And they hate me with cruel hatred.

20 Oh keep my soul, and deliver me:

Let me not be put to shame, for I take refuge in you.

21 Let integrity and uprightness preserve me,

For I wait for you.

22 Redeem Israel, O Elohim,

Out of all his troubles.

Psalm 26

Judge me, O Yahweh, for I have walked in my integrity:

I have trusted also in Yahweh without wavering.

2 Examine me, O Yahweh, and prove me;

Try my heart and my mind.

3 For your lovingkindness is before my eyes;

And I have walked in your truth.

4 I have not sat with men of falsehood;

Neither will I go in with dissemblers.

5 I hate the assembly of evildoers,

And will not sit with the wicked.

6 I will wash my hands in innocency:

So will I compass your altar, O Yahweh;

7 That I may make the voice of thanksgiving to be heard,

And tell of all your wondrous works.

8 Yahweh, I love the habitation of your house,

And the place where your glory dwells.

9 Gather not my soul with sinners,

Nor my life with men of blood;

10 In whose hands is wickedness,

And their right hand is full of bribes.

11 But as for me, I will walk in my integrity:

Redeem me, and be merciful to me.

12 My foot stands in an even place:

In the congregations will I bless Yahweh.

Psalm 27

Yahweh is my light and my salvation;

Whom shall I fear? Yahweh is the strength of my life;

Of whom shall I be afraid?

2 When evil-doers came upon me to eat up my flesh,

Even my adversaries and my foes, they stumbled and fell.

3 Though a host should encamp against me,

My heart shall not fear:

Though war should rise against me,

Even then will I be confident.

4 One thing have I asked of Yahweh, that will I seek after;

That I may dwell in the house of Yahweh all the days of my life,

To behold the beauty of Yahweh,

And to inquire in his temple.

5 For in the day of trouble he will keep me secretly in his pavilion:

In the covert of his tabernacle will he hide me;

He will lift me up upon a rock.

6 And now shall my head be lifted up above my enemies all around me;

And I will offer in his tabernacle sacrifices of joy;

I will sing, yes, I will sing praises to Yahweh.

7 Hear, O Yahweh, when I cry with my voice:

Have mercy also upon me, and answer me.

8 When you said, Seek my face; my heart said to you,

Your face, Yahweh, will I seek.

9 Hide not your face from me;

Put not your servant away in anger:

You have been my help;

Cast me not off, neither forsake me,

O Elohim of my salvation.

10 When my father and my mother forsake me,

Then Yahweh will take me up.

11 Teach me your way, O Yahweh;

And lead me in a plain path,

Because of my enemies.

12 Deliver me not over to the will of my adversaries:

For false witnesses have risen up against me,

And such as breathe out cruelty.

13 I would have fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of Yahweh

In the land of the living.

14 Wait for Yahweh:

Be strong, and let your heart take courage;

Yes, wait for Yahweh.
